Please note that right now the LDR team is very small. We are very interested in hearing all feedback, comments, criticisms, and the like and we will make a best effort to provide help and assistance and to fix bugs and push out new versions. Still, we cannot guarantee anything, and our first committment has to be to our LIGO/LSC early adopters.
