Statement of Problem    :
    This just had the power supply replaced.  It functioned normally
until this afternoon when it was found to be suffering from some sort of
CIA error.  I am not sure of the type of error since the messages were
scrolling by too quickly.  I reset the machine to see if the messages
had been captured in a log file; however, the machine would not even
reboot.  (The system did have power.)  I have no idea what the problem
is, so I can suggest no course of action.
