Statement of Problem    :
    Recently, the machine has been generating an enormous number of
arithmetic traps...this indicates that something is wrong with the
CPU...  The machine has not been able to reboot since the file system
checking software exits with fatal errors caused by these arithmetic
traps...  Please have the machine picked up, fixed and exhaustively
tested with DEC-VET software...
