Environment

• Uses environment setup very similar to Labs/CIT via existence of various .no files (.noldg, .noligotools, .nocondor, .noglue, .noonasys, and the lscsoft .no files)
• Work out of scratch space; jobs should be run from scratch and return results to scratch.
• Lscsoft is installed in /opt/lscsoft on master and nodes; its set up automatically in your environment.
• Ligotools is installed in /ligotools on master and nodes; its set up automatically in your environment.
