Announcements:
Ben mentioned that GEO is publishing segments into segment database
with a latency of about 6 hours. (This is being run as a cron job
at CIT.)
DMT:
No report.
Glue:
Duncan asked about problem with segment database at LLO. There were
not enough semaphores, etc, created for DB2. Duncan will send an
e-mail to Ben and copy Igor to get Ben to fix LHO. The defaults
chosen were just too low.
Kipp has been tinkering with xml stuff, but has been letting people
know about this.
LAL/LALApps:
No report.
LDAS:
Ed reported that they are still working with tcl-8.4.12 and is
making progress on them.
The LIGO workflow planner GUI tool has been committed to the CVS
repository for in-house testing.
LDR:
Brian reported progress is being made to get the metadata separated
from LDR.
Duncan asked if Ben has tracked down why there were gaps in the
cache files last week.
LIGOTools:
No report.
MATAPPS:
Keith reported that he did update the main pages. He has updated
the link to the nightly documentation build.
He is having problems accessing the ldas-sw cvs repository and will
contact the admins.
Ben has written a little perl script to clean PATH environment
variables if there are directories which don't exist ...... etc.
Onasys:
No report.
Brian will e-mail Ben and make sure that the onasysweb gets moved to
LLO.
LDG:
Got some feedback from people installing LDG 4.0. The professional
version cannot be installed on Debian. Rauha tried to install LDG
4.0 on FC5 and got the same error message as Patrick had. Junwei
asked to send the tar file.
AOB:
Keith had the impression that the factors are out. The reference
functions are not on the web page. Patrick mentioned that the
calibration team is undertaking a review of the frame format, etc
for this.
