DMT:

John Z: Running and testin version of the latest release online gds
2.11.2. Seems to be working. Tagging a DOL release. Using root
5.16.00, something up with one of the header files -- needs a fix.
Hope for a tagged version by the end of the day.

Glue:

Nick: I would like an LSCdataFind --output option. Right now you just
do a redirect in condor. Make things more uniform so that "write
script" will work. Basically just change the executable for now to give
an --output. Then update pipeline.py accordingly.
Duncan: It shouldn't break the DAX as LSCdataFind executable is never
run -- it imports the modules instead.

Duncan: Should depricate all the segments stuff in pipeline.py and move
to the segments stuff.
Nick: Should we move to the segments stuff?
Duncan: there's a bunch of work involved in this, so let's hold off for
now.

LAL/LALApps:

Jolien: Upgrade of GSL?
It will take some time to stick in the missing functions from GSL into
LAL, and if it's an older version to compile the missing GSL functions.

Duncan: Can we just switch to GSL 1.9?
Kipp: It's a drop in replacement for 1.8, but no RPM.
Jolien: But then everybody has to upgrade their system.

Duncan: Can we get something working for Diego by next week?
Jolien: Just add functions with different names, eg "LAL_TEMP_GSL_...".
Duncan: Can you tell Diego what is needed please.

LDAS:

LDG:
Greg: Any problems running? Scripts from Warren which seem to work
fine.
Duncan: Need a new grid cert as you have changed your email address.

Greg: Problems with Mac -- need Perl libraries that aren't normally
installed.

Greg: Scott would like web services added in from VDT. New version
coming soon, should we wait?
Scott: No need to wait for 1.8.1.

Greg: Will have something within a week for Linux. Request for Tcl
Globus as well. Needs some cleanup for Macs.
Warren: Will keep working on this.

John Z: Installed Ubuntu, seems to work, but not nicely -- strange error
messages
Greg: Aware of these, will try to clean up script.

Warren: Used to be able to renew cert after it expired. No longer true.

LDR:

Scott: Issue last week that Steffan had problems getting updates from
CIT. Fixed that. System has enough files that the system updates
couldn't get through in the allotted time. Working on next version

Duncan: Will reinstall solaris on X4500, give Scott access.

LIGOTools:

MatApps:
Keith: Thanks to those responsible for packaging LIGOtools, fixes a lot
of the frame issues. Need to update docs. Installed LIGOtools at PSU.

Onasys:
Kipp: Nothing new. New release - 0.6.0 compatible with latest glue

Online:

OSG:
Britta: 3 major problems last week.
1) Fixed by condor_g/globus patch
2) Gap in data error message when running v3 workflows, working with
Scott/Duncan.
3) Data transfer error. Working with Brian.
Scott: Can you take this onto the LIGO-Pegasus list.
Scott: Hammering the servers too hard, so it fails. There is a setting
in Pegasus that might fix this.
