DMT:

John Z has the rpm for DMT offline. He is starting to look at it. The
fix that was supposed to make it in related to lib64. John thinks it
may be that he has not been building rpms. Patrick explained that he
is trying to understand who should do stuff .... Patrick asked Adam to
investigate the difference between the patch we sent and the fix John
implimented. John and Adam will debug this for next week.

Glue:

no report.

LAL/LALApps:

Need to go to gsl-1.9 at some point in time. All people compiling LAL
will need to go to GSL 1.9. Duncan suggested that we switch as soon
as possible. Kipp reported that we will not encounter a problems
building LAL. Adam try to build and make available gsl-1.9 for
testing in FC4 (also CentOS5). Jolien will announce the plan with a
date to require GSL 1.9 ads 1 November 2007.

LDAS:

no report.

LDG Client/Server:

no significant progress report from Greg, still working on next
release. Scott reported that he just installed LDG 4.5 on CentOS 5
and got the pieces he needed. Greg said will be coming out as soon as
he can get to it. Ed is looking into what is needed for client side
TclGlobus so as to split into a client server model for simpler
release.

Greg asked how many people need to have TclGlobus in client? Scott
said we might contact Alain Roy about this, but Ed wants to be able
to give him a list of the requirements. He's not there yet.

LDR:

Scott reported that he completed moving LDR onto CentOS 5 for Duncan.
Murali has been suffering from a bug. Scott has reproduced the bug.
Steffen reported a problem today, but has not had chance to look. Had
to re-start the LDR at Cardiff. Duncan is getting ready to test at
Syracuse.

Ed asked if LDR has been tested with python 2.4? Scott has seen no
problems or with 2.5.

LIGOTools:

There are several things waiting to be done including Globus enabled
code for Guild from Mary.

Duncan asked about which version of the frame library is being used in
LIGOTools.

Shourov magically appeared.

There was a discussion of the FrameL. Current solution is the
repackage in lsware; Kipp will put together a howto.

Stuart and Patrick will ask Benoit for compromise which has files in
his CVS, with ro-cvs access, pre-release to LSC developer, and
ancillary files into the CVS.

FrContrib: Benoit and Peter were trying to put things into the main
FrameL release. No firm decisions.

Patrick asked if we should take on the activity of developing the
matlab interface to FrameL outside the main distro? Duncan thought it
would be better to put them into FrameL. Shourov thinks this would
reduce the level of maintenance.

Peter will propose to Benoit that all stuff from FrContrib except
fetcher and split. Peter will send around an e-mail to DASWG with
the conclusions about the discussions on FrContrib.

Quickly checked on emergencies for

  MatApps: no report
  Onasys: no report
OSG-LIGO: milestone officially signed off on.

AOB:

Warren asked to get a report on the NR data format on a future agenda.
MatApps will be in the front end of the agenda next week
