Announcements:

Stuart asked Benoit for three different things: FrContrib materials
will be accepted by Benoit. Patches.

Kipp will act as LSC liaison to get the configure stuff into FrameL
CVS. Patrick will e-mail Benoit about this and put Kipp in contact.

Benoit has agreed to help fix compression bug with Ed for S6.

MatApps:

Keith reported everything is in CVS, but he has not done any
pruning. Keith thinks that people may want to have a distro of
MatApps and other tools inside of the MatApps.

Patrick said he would like to understand whether we can bring up a
plan for releasing MatApps toolboxes. Keith thinks that we might be
able to have a release of certain pieces of software.

Shourov has never seen it as a single entity. He thinks there is no
way that it can be distributed as a single entity.

Patrick said that he would like to see some releases to establish
the releases so that it can be used by others in the LSC.

Shourov asked if there could be help for packaging in rpms and/or
debs; Patrick said UWM is willing to provide this.

Keith asked if the idea is to kick start packaging utilities and
  other other tools in MatApps.

Shourov wanted people to consider if this is worthwhile.

Kipp pointed out that the review process leads to work downstream
that we should make easier by putting some work on upstream.

Stuart pointed out that having a canonical release of tools for use
by new people can do things easily.

DMT:

  no report

Glue:

Duncan got an e-mail from one of Gaby's students about finding
the data quality flags associated with a given time. Patrick asked
Duncant to submit a bug report on this and we'll follow up with
Igor. Kipp explained that ther eis already a feature request for
  this.

Shourov will add a feature request for some improved dump of the
segment database. Needs to be done to maintain backwards
  compatability.
