DMT: Old version of libz was getting linked in to cause the problems with the tablempgm program. This was because an external zlib being built inside DMT. John has sent an e-mail to Adam about how to implement this fix. Adam reported that he saw the e-mail. He will read and respond this afternoon. DMT and Root will need to be rebuilt. John has also found a few bugs with libmetaio and has made the changes. He is running some tests. We do not need a release yet. GEO++: No longer supported for analyis. Glue: Cache class changes from Nick should be discussed next week. LAL/LALApps: Jolien reported that LAL is broken in at least one way. Duncan reported that he has fixed problems in LAL, but GSL code does not build. Adam reported that he has built GSL 1.10; there is a problem with the LSCSoft repo install. Patrick and Adam to resolve. Will continue to work toward move over to GSL 1.10. Jolien reported that there is still a problem with some code from Chad. This arises because of a change from NR complex arithmetic and GSL complex arithmetic. Jolien is working on that with Chad. This code is only actually used in simulate Coherent. No more information on the frame reading/writing problem from Sukanta LDAS: No report. LDG Client/Server: Greg reported working on ldg 4.5. Ran into a few problems, but is resolving them. He is also having problems installing Condor as part of the client; it does not install on the client side of for linux. Greg thinks this is a VDT problem that should get worked out pretty soon. Should have per-release very soon. Warren understands what is wrong with the credentials on Macs. LDR: no report. LIGOTools: No report. MatApps: No report. Metaio: Duncan will make a new release when John is done testing. Onasys: No report. OSG-LIGO: Britta reported that there was a teleconference with the people from Germany about running Einstein@Home on German Grid. They do need to do some hacking to use it. There is some work needed to make the software more grid friendly. Warren and Britta will take a week to follow up on things and then will schedule another meeting for LSCSoft: Adam is working toward getting the CentOS support ready inside of the repository. Duncan has 64 bit CentOS 5 machines Jolien ntoed that people are looking for lscsoft on FC5, 6, 7, and even FC3 AOB: Nothing
