Our gravitational wave detection statistic becomes statistically larger when data contains a continuous gravitational wave of a larger signal to noise ratio. Unfortunately, a line noise in the data also gives us a moderately large detection statistic. Here we describe how we can veto out such line noises based on the shape information of the detection statistic in the frequency domain.
