Open Problem Reports Status Patrick reminded people about the open bug reports and asked that we try to address them soon.

Status of the pipeline from frames to the database
The MPI MDC scripts are now out of date for a number of reasons: ILWD is incorrect format, and the names of the libraries have changed. These need to be fixed as soon as possible. Patrick and Duncan will address this by the next meeting.

The datacond API is in good shape. It can ingest data, resample it and compute psd. The response function remains to be ingested. There were also some problems with the event monitor API dealing with output from the inspiral dso. Duncan will work with Masha to fix this.

All output objects should be dumped to file. In particular, the MPI group needs to know some things about the output ILWD from the datacond API. Duncan suggested that we should get a file containing that data.

Kent suggested that Andrea Vicere would be able to provide a mechanism to put data into frames. Kent will ask Andrea, Patrick will follow up. The specification for the frame API should mean that it will support 6 sec frames with 256 frames per file. Would be good for this MDC.

Status of FCT code
Linqing reported that she has been working on putting the main part of the LAL interface to FCT into the skeleton code she had last week. She and Patrick will get this code under CVS early next week.

Status of inspiral code
Duncan reported on the hierarchical inspiral code. It is on track for completion by the code freeze on May 1.

Status of stochastic code
Warren reported that the stochastic code is evolving. They are almost ready to put their stuff into LAL and then they'll update LAL, LALwrapper and wrapperAPI and get everything under CVS.

Other issues
Greg will attend the MDC at Caltech on 15/16 May and will later got o LDAS camp. Masha reported that LAM 5.6.1 is now working and that instructions will be available sometime next week along with an LDAS patch.
