LDAS:  code freeze at end of Feb.  going into the next release of
LDAS.  Early March release.   They are a couple of weeks away from gcc
3.0.3  --- dont know when ready with this.   


LDAS at sites will be the same until next release.  For people
rsyncing ...... won't put in on ldcg until. 


Functionality:  what should meta-data be like for the detector
geometry.  He outlined the full impact on LDAS.  Wants them into the
next release.  Geometry meta-data ...... what is John's proposal.
Modify time-series metadata.   


Frame spec:  will try to get a meeting together 2 weeks.   If
something unforeseen comes up,  he will deal as quickly as possible.
What can be done?    There is only one point of serious contention.
All other minor details ....... there are from last version ..... from
decimal degrees.   OK with geometry ones.   If an issue comes up,
then we could move on with geometry.


If john looks at structures.  Adds new metadata to lal-discuss.  If
there is anything else --- multi-detector analyses.  Will start
making.  


Proposal is that new meta-data information would include geometry
information........


Datacond will have new resample functionality ....... available in
frameAPI.  Pole-zero:  provide a way to convert from pole-zero-gain to
transfer function ?????


Action on geometry metadata:  john will pad out Kent's stuff ..... 
and circulate for discussion.     




LAL/LALWrapper:   piece of E6 tests ........ bounced idea of Rai and
Barry ....... <= 100Gbytes .......  for simulated.   


LALApps:  directory structure has changed a little.   Added a flag to
build LALApps for condor.  The support package routines are available
for LALApps.  

Inspiral DSO:   currently using LDAS to drive inspiral for
simulations.   Looping continuously producing ......... 


All of Livinston data at Caltech and about 1/2 Hanford.   The
constraints ...... they need to work on the sites.   If all data
analysis was done,  could start in 2 weeks.   One compromise,  take
seriously reduced data sets ......... 2 weeks until all data available
at HPSS.   

Management need to be talked to about getting the data to Milwaukee.
