Action:

  1. Jolien will circulate an e-mail telling DSO authors to put the
  search summary information into their DSO's

  2. Stuart will circulate information about the LDAS configurations
  at the sites

  3.  Patrick will ciruclate draft rum plan for dicussion at next
  meeting.


Status of LDAS:

  Riding the shock front.   Freeze on 3rd June.  There will be about a
  week of hard testing before release is available for DSO's to test
  with.   

  MIT LDAS has been flattened to allow fast turnaround development on
  that system  DSO developers can put their own DSO in a place visible
  to LDAS.

  E8 will use 0.2.0 of LDAS

  Old passwords will continue to work up to E8.  New passwords will be
  needed for S1.

  LDASjob package has been updated.


Status of LAL:

  no problems known at the moment.  Jolien will prepare the
  infrastructure for release around 10 June.   Testing will follow as
  with last release.  Duncan will back Jolien up if Jolien's new baby
  comes early.  


Run plan for S1:

  General agreement that this should come from LSUG.  The run plan
  will account for the building of RDS frames in frameAPI.  This run
  plan will be circulated to the Upper Limit Group chairs for
  discussion at their next meeting.
