Minutes:

        LDAS:  Still trying to get the framecpp code into LDAS.
        Think frameAPI gives wrong data to the codes.  2nd/3rd week of
        October for release.   

        RH7.3:   LDAS test is running RH7.3.  Some initial gotcha's.
        Rebuilt everything in ldcg,  etc.   Planning to transition all
        lab systems to this OS version coincident with release of
        0.5.0.   Have not tested the results from the database.  

        Problems with frameAPI that were observed last night are just
        in pre-release version of 0.5.0,  not 0.4.0.   

        LAL:  how about the calibration?   Working on it.   Frame
        version 6 frame library works with LAL on S1 and S1 RDS
        frames.  

        DMT: is now able to read the RDS frames now.  

        LALWrapper:  test on ldas-test for a couple of days before
        release of 0.5.0.
