Take DEPARTURES northeast from the airport terminal. Departures becomes Interstate 190 (I-190).
Stay in the center lane until you approach the I-294 overpass. Watch for merging traffic.
As you approach Exit 1C, merge to the right lane.
Take Exit 1C from the right lane onto I-294 Northbound. NOTE: I-294 is a tollway. You will pay $0.80 shortly after leaving the Rosemont interchange.
Travel northbound on I-294 for approximately 12 miles (19 km).
Stay left through the Deerfield interchange and merge onto I-94 West, traveling northbound.
Travel northbound on I-94 West for approximately 24 miles (38 km) to the I-94/Hwy-41 interchange,
just south of the Illinois-Wisconsin state line. Stay on I-94 West through the interchange and continue northbound. NOTE: I-94 is a tollway. You will pay $1.50 shortly before crossing the Illinois-Wisconsin state line.
Travel northbound on I-94 West for approximately 32 miles (51 km) to the southeastern corner of Milwaukee.
Merge to the right lane and take I-43 / I-94 / Hwy 41 toward downtown Milwaukee.
Travel northbound on I-94 West/I-43/Hwy-41 approximately 6 miles (10 km) into downtown Milwaukee.
Merge to the center lanes and take I-43 North toward Green Bay.
Exit I-43 at Ramp 74 (Locust Street).
Turn right onto Locust Street and go east. (~2 mi / 3 km)
After crossing the Milwaukee River, you will approach the intersection of Locust & Oakland.
