Up: Example: tfmain program
Previous: File: combine.c
Usage: readertf directory_name
where directory_name is the name of the directory containing the
file allcurv.dat. This program reads this file and writes a new
file called curves.dat. The basic purpose is to select the longest
line in each analysed subsegment. The format of the file is described
below. There is again one line for every analysed data subsegment. The
first column is an index ranging from 0 to the total number of data
subsegments analysed. The subsequent columns are, the number of curves
found, the length of the longest curve, the strength of the curve, and
the average strength for that curve respectively.
The average strength is just the strength divided by the length.
