Types of Support Available

• Help with installing LDR
  
  
  • We support Red Hat 7.3, Red Hat 9, Fedora Core 1, and SunOS 5.9. We will attempt to help installing on other platforms, but there are no "guarantees".
    
    
• Help with creating a storage module
  
  
  • Experienced mainly with storing data on mounted filesystems (such as via NFS)
    
    
• Help with running LDR and interpreting logs
  
  
  • How to log? Degree of logging desired, rotating logs... Input desired!
    
    
• Help with publishing/unpublishing data
  
  
  • Can assist automating the publishing and republishing of large amounts of data in your RLS catalog
    
    
• Help with verifying data
  
  
  • Currently working on LDRVerify at UWM and hope to generalize it somewhat
