  1. Announcements
    • European Astronomical Society meeting near London just before APS meeting... would like to have results for this too.
    • Things need to be done by March LSC meeting then so that the papers can be on the arxiv before then.
  2. Any business for APS?
    • Discussion of what needs to be done before APS (really March meeting).
    • S5y1 HF+LF all-sky results should be out.
    • S5y2/VSR1 all-sky needs to be reviewed actively to have results for presentation at March LSC meeting.
    • S5 y1+y2/VSR1 talk split into HF and LF.
    • GRB -- review summit next week.
    • Vetos talk. (Normally reviewed by detchar.)
    • Detection confidence talk. Perhaps like Lindy's talk in Amsterdam. Depends on whether equinox is a blind injection or not.
    • Sky localization talk. Coordinate with CBC group. Data analysis talk based on results from S5. Perhaps a section in the y2 paper, perhaps a stand-alone paper. Jolien is worried about prospect of reviewing another paper by APS meeting....
  3. A.O.B.
    • Read S5y1 low-frequency paper. Still needs much work.
    • Discussion of the paper. Jolien thinks it is too long. Erik thinks it can be long, but should be coherent.
    • Committee is willing to give detailed comments but only if authors think that the paper is in a state for us to occupy ourselves with this.
    • I am assuming that Brennan knows what to do with the calibration and is doing it.
    • Status of S4 cosmic string... don't know if they will submit abstract to APS.
