  2. Review report for Stack-a-Flare
    • Code path for injections vs. non-injections branches are identical.
    • Detection/non-detection procedure specified.
    • Injections done just on peaks that were to be analyzed. No attempt to deal with interference between injections.
    • Insensitive to time of the injection up to a second.
    • Errors in relative times of peaks modelled in Monte Carlo.
    • New V3 uncertainties need to be reapplied.
    • Target: APJL. Is this appropriate? x10 improvement in upper limit.
    • Would like a justification statement for the executive arguing why APJL is appropriate.
    • Response to Peter Shawhan's comments -- agreed to all except Fig. 2. Peter Shawhan would like to see several GW bursts.
    • Modify figure so they look good both in color and black and white.
    • Energy estimate fluence was made in a different band than the swift data. Perhaps can look at calibrating Swift data.
