  1. On-line analysis
    • Results from recent data
      • Kanner: G3180 went to Tarot, haven't heard back. Quest isn't responding yet, working on procedure to take our triggers.
      • Owen: And G3230, which looks better? Kanner: Cut manually since there was a recent alert, turned out lucky since omega scans showed obvious glitch.
      • Owen: The recent CWB alert? Kanner: Killed by human looking at awful sky map, not cat3 flag.
    • Thresholding
      • Flaminio: Concerned that we pass things we know we can't localize, as in e-mail.
      • Yakushin: HW injections suffer calibration errors twice. And don't use galaxy catalog. Increasing threshold means no events!
      • Shawhan: We really need to exercise this. First trigger shows we don't have good feedback from Tarot. And many won't go through.
      • Owen: Also human passing only good skymaps really helps. I'm ok to go.
      • Katsavounidis: Wants quantitative measure of localization. Kanner: has one. Yakushin: cwb has er(a).
      • Flaminio: OK, as long as those who receive triggers know how they are produced. Also wants to see sw injections down to low snr, current plots cut off.
      • Owen: sw injections end-to-end did they find it as function of rho for LUMIN? Katsavounidis: has it for Swift. Kanner: been on to-do list for months. Owen: should move up.
    • Blind injections
      • Katsavounidis: Why did Omega not find the (loud) blind injections? Yakushin: Were they too loud? Shawhan: Omega peak detection ability is close to threshold. Rollins: will look today.
      • Shawhan: fears there's a sign flip in blind injections. Can we see them? Ask Landry.
  2. All-sky paper
    • Owen did some, Shawhan will do rest in a few days.
  3. Other:
    • Meetings: GWDAW, APS, may put up new efficiency curves, no zero lag. Owen: PP decides results. Only basic sanity checks needed on efficiency, couple weeks before slides deadline. Flaminio: Omega should be shown to group before shown to world, and if they're the same as old stuff why show them?
    • Telecons: None next week, do Jan 4.
