Minutes

Brennan Hughley, Jonah Kanner, Matt Pitkin, Jackie Villadsen

Matt: Let's start with the open box issue

Brennan: Let's look at H1H2 website

B: I'm in the process of checking over Jackie's scrpits
Opening the box is straightforward. There's not a lot
of things that can go wrong. I wanted to go through
this question of how much needs to be done before opening.

M: I think it is ok to open box.

J: Me too. What do we have to review generally for
H1H2 process

B: My goal is to keep it light. Jackie has done a good
job documenting.

B: Ok, we'll open the box this weekend. The only
comment I got on the Burst call was to try time slides
that match bounce mode. So, I think we have accidentally
done that.

B: That's all on H1H2 for now.

B: Let's move on to paper draft. I haven't recieved
any coments since Peter's. It has been read by
about 6 people by now. I made a few changes based
on Peter's suggestions.

  ** Figures are B&W
** Took out paragraph on imperfection on time-lag method
** Also cut out mention of limits at rate of 1 per day
** Simply refer to limiting event rate at high SNR

There should be some discussion of paper at f2f.

Move to Review status table

Matt: Added links to box scripts and my checks.
At the moment, this is still ongoing - some box
scripts still need checked. I need to produce plots
myself - I installed root on my laptop to do this.

B: plot scripts updated - i'll need to pass you those
changes.

M: Figures 5,6 and 8 have not been finalized yet.
Otherwise, box seems fine.

B: I can produce scripts for 5 and 8 - though
the plots my change to systemtatic uncertainty

M: Ok, great.

J: Michele has started the sens. est.

B: We should talk with Shourov to check on
potential Q-pipeline issues.

J: We should ask about DQ flags durring F2F meeting.

M: I think that's everything - we'll end a little early today.
Siong should be back next week.
